The role:
To support the strategic direction of the campaign by assessing its performance, organisational policies and strategies to reach its campaign goals.
To work to confirm that the campaign and its staff acts legally, is on track with it’s aims & objectives and is responsible financially.
To offer specific expertise and knowledge based on the professional experience of the trustee to the benefit to the campaign
The candidate:
A genuine passion for animal welfare together with a commitment to put the time and effort into being an active and effective trustee for the campaign.
An understanding of the responsibilities and duties of being a trustee including the legal relationship to the campaign.
Successful professional experience in on or more of the following areas: Animal Welfare, Campaigning, Communications, Corporate engagement, Finance, Fundraising or Law
