The Confederation is governed by the Council, who is the highest authority and the business of ICM is administered by the Board and Head Office, on behalf of the Council. The Board comprises a representative from each region in addition to the President, Vice-President and Treasurer. The registered Head Office is in The Hague, The Netherlands, and incorporated in accordance with the Laws of the Netherlands and its Governing Policies.
