Job description
As Chair, you will work alongside 9 other current Trustees to as the charity embarks on an ambitious new three year plan. You will have line management responsibility for our long serving Chief Executive, who manages the charity on behalf of the Board.
Board meetings will be held in person quarterly in Paddock Wood, with the Chair also expected to attend meetings of our Finance and Fundraising, and Services sub-committees. These sub-committee meetings will be conducted remotely using Zoom. Regular meetings and communications with the Chief Executive are also expected. In total, the role may take up on average 2-3 days per month.
