Through 2020, Community Integrated Care has risen to the challenge of the nation’s biggest health crisis of a generation and continually seeks to adapt, develop and innovate to align it services to support the most vulnerable groups in our society. They are now seeking to add strategic breadth to the Board, through the appointment of four Trustees, to help make the charity’s vision a reality and drive future growth and success.

Trustees communicate and engage with the Executive Team, sharing their insights, experience and expertise to enable the organisation to fulfil its purpose and business goals. These roles naturally demand a profound knowledge of the legalities of business practice, corporate behaviour and governance, however, what is vital to Community Integrated Care is that these principles can be practised in collaboration with a clear empathy for the strong values of the organisation.

Community Integrated Care are looking for Trustees drawn from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences to further strengthen the board and its committees. You will have compelling commercial and/or public sector experience gained in an executive and/or non-executive capacity within transformation change environments, ideally, from one or more of the following areas: Mergers & Acquisitions/Outsourcing, Adult Social Services, HR/OD Transformation, with a fourth drawn from either Clinical Services or Estate Management.

As an inspirational, innovative and strategic leader, you will have proven ability to provide real insight and make sound decisions at board level. With a minimum commitment of one day per month, this will provide a clear opportunity to play a vital role at a key time within a progressive, forward-thinking organisation that makes a real difference to people’s lives.

These positions are non-remunerated, but all reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.
