About the role

We are Teachers’ Housing Association, and it is our firm belief that providing homes to teachers and people working in education is as relevant today as it was 50 years ago when THA was founded.

With just under 600 homes in both London and nationally, we have grown our offer steadily since our inception in 1967, and we are proud of the important work we do and the impact we have on the residents we serve.

We have undertaken a review of our services and are excited to be moving forward with combining our housing management and asset management into the newly created role of Operations Director. This role will allow us to have greater insight to our residents needs both now and for the future, and ensure we are both providing value to our residents and getting value from the services we use.

We are seeking a senior level housing professional with experience in both core areas of delivery. We understand it is likely you will have a strength leaning to one field but will have worked at a strategic level that has provided strong insight to the benefit of these areas coming together. You will enjoy working as part of a dedicated, hands-on executive team.
