Terms: An initial term of 3 years, renewable to a maximum of 6 years
Remuneration: £13,000 per annum
Location: Head office in Portsmouth; Board meetings are split between Portsmouth and Basingstoke

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation with a clear growth agenda that is highly regarded in the wider social housing sector. We are seeking to appoint a board member who brings senior leadership credentials and expertise in the following areas:
- Proven track record of leadership within an organisation of scale and complexity. Candidates should bring expertise in customer and digital.
- Experience of leading customer-centric change, in an environment where growth and modernisation have been a feature of the organisational strategy.
- Proven ability to work effectively at Board level and with a range of stakeholders, building trust, confidence and supporting strong governance. Exposure to a regulated sector would be beneficial.
- Prior Non-executive or Trustee experience would be advantageous.
