Position: Non-executive
Location: London
Commitment: 1 to 2 day a month
Salary: Negotiable day rate circa £1,000 – £1,500 a day
We are currently working with a collection of experience focused hospitality venues who create unquie venues with innovative attractions and great food and beverage.
As the business expands and changes they are looking for Mentorship and guidance. The current CEO is looking to appoint a NED who has CEO or Founder lead experience of a large business which has been through successful scale up.
Essential Experience:
In order to continue this exciting period of growth, The founder is looking for a NED to guide, advise and mentor through this next stage of growth. Essential experience includes:
- 10+ years at an executive level in a Hospitality business such as a group of Attractions, Bars, Venues, or experience focused restaurants.
- Experience in a business with multiple venues who has expanded from small to Mid or Mid to Large
- Experience in a minimum £30 million revenue business, ideally more
- Previous NED experience preferred
Essential Skills & Knowledge include:
- Strong knowledge of the London Hospitality scene is preferred.
- Experience sourcing, gaining and assessing funding / Investment routes such as crowd funding, PE, VC etc
- Strong understanding of concept development, customer attraction & Brand building would be ideal
- Strong understanding of property and utilising property in major cities would be helpful
- Strong communication skills with an ability to work at a hands-on level and guide rather then decide!

- Works in a open, transparent and supportive manor
