NED – Sales and Client Retention Specialist for CopyHouse

Position: Non-Executive Director (NED) – Sales and Client Retention Specialist

Location: London/Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Leadership:
    • Advise on the development of a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
    • Provide strategic guidance to the sales team, leveraging your expertise in sales methodologies and best practices.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to set ambitious yet achievable sales targets.
  • Client Retention and Relationship Management:
    • Advise the client service team on initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention strategies to minimize churn and increase client lifetime value.
  • Market Analysis and Business Development:
    • Provide insights and recommendations for expanding service offerings and entering new markets especially within the US.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales and client retention functions.
    • Review reporst on sales performance, client satisfaction, and other relevant metrics to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning and Decision-Making:
    • Contribute to the development and refinement of the company’s overall strategic plan.
    • Participate actively in board meetings, offering valuable insights and recommendations to drive business success.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record in sales leadership within an agency environment
  • Extensive experience in client retention and relationship management within the marketing or marketing industry.
  • Previous experience as a Non-Executive Director or similar governance role is desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Time Commitments:

 

Monthly 3-hour online board meetings with quarterly sessions held in-person in London. Expected to review meetings/reports ahead of the board meeting.
