About the role
We are proud of our heritage as a black and minority ethnic housing provider, and our legacy continues to be relevant today. Working across Nottingham’s diverse communities, Tuntum seeks to deliver high quality affordable homes and social value services.
Our ambition to make an impact to support thriving communities remains unstinting. So our new CE will need to share that passion and align to our values. You will have an evolved leadership style that supports, coaches, and empowers to get the best out of our brilliant staff team. With a commitment to valuing resident engagement and ensuring a collective focus on being responsive to residents’ needs and aspirations, you will also have a senior track record in housing (or a related sector).
There is work to be done in further embedding improvements to sustain strong foundations for the organisation and ensuring good governance. But there are also opportunities to realise, to explore new partnerships and ways of working that can deliver greater efficiency and generate additional impact for the city’s diverse communities.
It’s a unique leadership role; one that promises to be hugely rewarding and impactful, so get in touch to find out more.
