Chair (and Trustees) – Willow Tree Housing Partnership

£6,275 pa (part time)

About the role

Operating individually across the South-West for over 75 years, Willow Tree Housing was relaunched as a newly merged entity in 2023. Our creation marks the beginning of an exciting future.

We are thrilled to be welcoming two new colleagues to our Board. You don’t have to have worked in social housing, but we expect that you will share our belief that the provision of affordable housing is a key societal foundation.

You will find that we are a friendly and skilled team. We welcome diversity of thought and value robust debate, and consensus decision-making.

With a cost-of-living crisis, our work has never mattered more. The South-West has a spectrum of comfortable lives for many and pockets of high deprivation, compounded by rural poverty for others. If you have a connection to this region, believe in opportunity for all and want to be a part of a team that makes an impact, do find out more about these leadership opportunities.

We seek:

  • A Chair, with good governance insight, you will be effective at chairing meetings, able to lead and inspire a high-performing team and comfortable with being a champion for the organisation.
