About the role

Funding Affordable Homes Housing Association (FAHHA) is a for-profit registered provider of social housing within the corporate group of a social impact investment company, Funding Affordable Homes (FAH), which invests in UK affordable housing and delivers financial and social returns for communities and investors.

FAH has invested in the construction of circa 700 homes across the country, most of which are held by FAHHA and managed by local housing associations. FAH’s objective is to create measurable social benefit within the communities and for the individuals and families whose homes we build. Its investment adviser is Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join the FAHHA Board. You will have operated at a senior level bringing good working knowledge across governance and risk. Prior non-executive experience and expertise in the social housing sector with consumer regulation and/or tenant relationship experience would be welcomed.

Your skills and your genuine commitment to the sector will be invaluable in helping us continue working effectively with others to provide affordable homes for a diverse range of communities.

We consider it vital that our Board reflects the communities we serve and would welcome applications from a wide range of backgrounds. We are particularly keen to hear from female and/or black, Asian and minority ethnic applicants.
