About the role
Rushmoor Homes Limited is a recently formed Local Authority housing company delivering homes for rent in the North Hampshire towns of Aldershot and Farnborough and surrounding areas. The company is bringing forward sites over the next five years and is looking to recruit an additional Director to the Board of Management with experience of residential development at senior level.
This exciting NED role will offer the right person the opportunity to be involved in a new company as it grows in the local housing market, making use of residential development experience to strengthen the governance of the development programme and process.
Prior Board experience is not a requirement so this role may be a good opportunity for someone seeking their first Board appointment.
Monthly Board meetings are held on Wednesday evenings from 5-7pm in Farnborough, Hampshire, with the option to attend on a hybrid basis. Two of the meetings are in person only and for a longer duration to accommodate the AGM and Business Planning.
