With the launch of our 2030 Strategy and a refreshed leadership team, we are embarking on an ambitious journey to deliver among the best customer experience of any housing association in the country. Managing around 46,000 homes across the Midlands, East and South East, we combine social purpose with commercial acumen to make a lasting difference in our communities.
We are now seeking three exceptional Non-Executive Directors to join our Board and help drive forward our vision of creating safe, sustainable homes that our customers are proud to call home. These appointments come at a pivotal moment as we implement our transformation programme and deliver much needed new homes while investing significantly in our existing properties.
- The first position is for an experienced corporate finance leader to serve as Chair of our Treasury Committee. This individual will bring strategic corporate finance experience from complex organizations, with particular strength in debt capital markets and treasury.
- The second role requires an accomplished leader with deep operational experience in social housing, likely gained as a CEO or Executive Director in a substantial housing association. This person will bring valuable insights into delivering excellent housing management services and a comprehensive understanding of the current policy and regulatory landscape. Their experience in driving up standards and operational performance will be crucial as we pursue our ambition to deliver outstanding customer service.
- For our third position, we are looking for someone with extensive strategic asset management experience in social housing. This individual will bring expertise in managing large-scale housing portfolios and major investment programmes.
These are remunerated roles requiring a time commitment adding up to around 2-2.5 days a month.
